About the role
As Executive Assistant at AIRA Health, you will support leadership across daily operations, scheduling, and coordination as AIRA scales across three continents. You'll be a key enabler for the executive team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across our Boston, Budapest, and Barcelona offices.
What you'll do
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones (US, EU)
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the executive team
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track follow-up actions
- Handle confidential communications and sensitive business information with discretion
- Support the organization of company events, offsites, and team gatherings
- Manage office operations and vendor relationships in Budapest
- Assist with document preparation, presentations, and internal communications
- Serve as a key point of contact between leadership and internal teams
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Hungarian is a plus
- Strong proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude
Nice to have
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing technology company
- Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences industry
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Additional language skills (Spanish, German) are a bonus
