About the role
As a Product Engineer at AIRA Health, you will build and ship full-stack product features across our React and Python stack, focusing on performance, usability, and reliability. You'll work on the core platform that clinical development teams rely on daily, building interfaces and services that handle complex document workflows at regulatory-grade quality.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full-stack features across the AIRA platform using React and Python
- Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for complex clinical workflows
- Develop robust API services and data pipelines that power the platform
- Write clean, tested, and well-documented code that meets quality standards
- Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Help shape the technical direction of the product as the team grows
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- Strong proficiency in React (TypeScript preferred) and modern frontend tooling
- Experience with Python backend development (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience building B2B SaaS products
- Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences domain
- Experience with document processing or data extraction systems
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, SSE)
