Product Owner

About the role

As a Product Owner at AIRA Health, you will own the product roadmap and work closely with engineering and clinical teams to shape how AIRA delivers value to clinical development organizations. You'll be the voice of the customer inside the company, translating complex clinical workflows into elegant product solutions that accelerate drug development timelines.

What you'll do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility
• Work closely with clinical domain experts to understand real-world workflows in clinical development
• Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for each feature
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, usable product increments
• Conduct user research and gather feedback from customers to inform product decisions
• Drive sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the development team
• Monitor product KPIs and use data to guide prioritization and iteration
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders across the organization

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a technology company
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development best practices
• Excellent communication skills — ability to bridge technical and business conversations
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and domain experts
• Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical development
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
• Background in AI/ML-powered products
• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms
